Hey moronathons that think Dog will be hauled into Mexico-- the judge says theres no need for Dog to return.... from CNN-- www.cnn.com/2003/WORLD/americas/07/09/mexico.bounty.ap/ "Judge Jose de Jesus Pineda said Tuesday he hadn't asked that the men be detained, and said their presence may not be necessary. "I'm in the process of evaluating whether I need to call these people to appear," Pineda said. "Their presence is not necessary right now." Hmmm. .. It appears we're only hearing snippets from the doghaters.... What morons this makes them...god lord.

Keyword : may. The real funny part is Dog wants to train them. They didn't seem to have any problems taking his Dumb a down.

manofthehour, I did read that article too, and it was a little more hopeful but who knows? There seem to be some people on this site who act like they know what's what. I have no way of knowing if they're talking about or not. That's the thing about these boards, you don't know who you're talking to.

I was ordered home by the state department while picking up a skip in Mexico. We had been hired by the surety which paid off a half million dollar bond. Prior to NAFTA we would have picked him up and flew him back. After NAFTA we would have faced kidnap charges on both sides of the border. I am a bondsman I know the ropes.

That's interesting Tator. Do you think they will make Dog go back? After reading the article from the law site, it made think they just might do it. What's your take?

I think his biggest fear should be the others chasing the money up here. If he makes it past the fifth he will slide by. It is hard to second guess a Judge much less a Mexican Judge. Down there money placed in the right or wrong palm could make many changes happen. In all honesty if Mexico wants him I think they will get him. The nafta provisions are one way he can be returned to Mexico by law or bounty hunter. The rules state that when you break the law in Mexico you will be charged here. The one way deal is bounty hunting is legal here but not there. If one of the other involved parties paid the right person to send Dog back he will not be there on the fifth. I spent three years in Mexico and know what a mess their system is. I'm glad Luster is in jail but I wish he had have been captured through proper channels not in a wild glory chase with a Television crew. Once found he could have been deported as he was without Dog having to break the law down there. He could only have a six month visa to stay there. The guy I went after was a Mexican national and we found him in jail down there but they would not send him here or let us have him for that reason. I think there's a million on the line so it's gonna be a million dollar show.

Why do you say if he makes it past the fifth he will slide by? Do judges look at stuff like that?

The others chasing the money could hire someone to take him back. Luster himself could hire that done. If that happened he wouldn't be here on the fifth. The hunter could very well become the hunted. The judge down there will look at his best interest. It will have little to do with the crime and a bunch to do with the money.

No problem. I try not to have a axe to grind as far as Pro Luster Or Pro Dog. Lusters where he needs to be and Dog opened the biggest can of worms I have ever seen. I have found most anti dog poeple think Luster is innocent most dog fans think Luster is guilty. The truth is if Dog had left the Television Crew at home found Luster Knocked him cold tipped the Taco Stand dude a hundred bucks to forget everything flew home on a private plane he would be the Hero. The way it went down THAT'S A HELL OF A CAN OF WORMS.

tator, where would someone go to hire a bounty hunter? Do they do small jobs like bringing dead beat dads back to court?

A Private Investigater would be where to start . If the dead dad has a active warrant a bounty hunter could pick them up in most states. I have help locate dead beat dads but never have had the chance to drag one in.

he has an active warrent, and know exactly where he is. I had someone investigate and even have copies of deed and mortgage for an apartment complex he bought, despite the thousands he owes. Typical story, self employed (like they all do) so not too much can be had. I just was wondering how to find bounty hunter to drag him back to face the charges.
are there any bounty hunters whom specialize in deadbeat dads?
any ideas?
