Correction: Luster is LOVED by God (delete innocent) upon further discussion with L E A H, makes more sense. Now what was the question? You know, I don't drink, never have, but I could use one about now. When you/ve got tators, saints, -----s, truths,& only one female (is Sherry really a Jerry?) it gets to be way off-balance.

Missed your point? Of course he is loved by God, and if he is innocent, God will take him, what's your point?
I am losing it......

Sorry to start a counterproductive debate. This isn't the forum to talk theology, so I'll shut-up, but thanks for fairness, & putting up with it.

...Hey! Have all you Duaneites got your lying(crying) towles ready for another barrage of CONVICT CRAPOLA??? Be sure to tune in to Court TV Wednesday night at 8:00pm for more self-proclaimed, best ever dung! Call all your friends from that Duane worshippers only site to come here & comment on another comedy show starring the worlds greatest tail chasing; lying; Fee Fi Fo Fup, Boy Did I Screw That Up; legend in his own mind International Fugitive. If he is so innocent in Mexico, why is he avoiding the law? Why hasn't he reported back to the judge & set the record & the Judge straight? I challenge you to watch & then respond here...

I wonder when this was filmed, if it's possible he might actually say something conciliatory toward Luster? I'm not holding my breath but miracles do happen.

Apparently this program, unless changed by Court TV, is scheduled for 10:00pm EDT & PDT. It was announced last week to be shown at 8:oopm. Who knows??? Maybe they have decided that they don't want to condone criminal behavior & support CONVICTS...but, it is doubtful. I probably misheard their advertisement. Guess we'll just have to wait until 10:00 PDT. Maybe someone who is three hours later than west coast time could calrify whether the program WAS on at 10:00 EDT. Anyone? Someone in that time zone please respond...

It was on at 7 pac and 10 eastern. I saw it. They will probably replay it later tonite. It a load of ---- just like the rest. They edited his lawyer out on anything meaningful and completely mischaracterized everything except the ridiculous interpretation and misapplication of the consent law.

...MANY inconsistancies, inaccurate info, manipulation of facts, etc. Those need to be sorted out & set straight!!! Sherry: How do you feel about the CONVICT now? Do you still believe (hope) that he would say anything positive or helpful for Luster's appeal. His previous well wishes towards Luster were nothing but a pack of lies. Do you know how to tell when CONVICT is lying? He is breathing. (His lips don't even need to be moving.) NO offense intended, Sherry. I just want you to know that there are those you can trust & those you cannot...

I'm trying to say this without being vulgar, but when you watch this, listen to how they came up with the 86 counts and look at the picture of it. I can't remember what it was, but there was something on there that was very silly. It looks like they charged him for every time he put it in. I mean that almost literally. You'll see what I mean. We always wondered how they could get 86 counts out of 3 victims.

Whaaat was the eavesdropping charge? Did you hear what Wold just said about the case "being about anything but Luster's guilt or innocence". Ha! They're winking, using double entendre'! Can you look in their eyes and see THEIR conciousness of guilt or is it just me? LOL

Hey, TheTruth: That's 87 cts (1 NG), ave of 29 per accuser. Every time I see that CONVICT I want to puke. WOW!!! A new weight loss program: The bleech blonde, mullet headed, balding as you lose ounces, BIG UNDERWEAR endorsed, CO to HI weight loss due to self induced stress diet plan. Time to get that patent started...

Well, remember the eavesdropping (whatever the he-l that means) and the drug and weapon charges were included in that number, and the 87th being the poisoning charge against Tonjia wasn't believed by the jury.

...again, bogus charges just to make it look good for the cops & DA. The AK-47 is, I believe, not illegal to own or possess unless it be by a CONVICT (guess we know who that would include!!!),(maybe different laws in CA). The martial arts weapon, I believe, is a different case (what do you know about it DOG HUNTER?), but it would certainly not be a felony (only in CA). Each separate drug would be a separate charge (coke, 1; ghb, 1; quackers, 1; etc.). So it may appear on the surface that there were 87 cts, but how many actually directly related to the primary issue? ALL show for the pERsecutors (not a mis-spelling) & the cops. They sure don't play fair, do they? The DAs, most definitely guilty of misrepresentation of crucial information; possibily suborning perjury & then covering it up w/help from the court; possibly withholding evidence from the court/jury. Yup, a real FAIR trial...

Hey I just have to say that the new Dog: The Bounty Hunter show is great. I love this show! Dog and his family are real people who obviously care a lot about each other and the people they pick up. He's always trying to build them up after he busts them.
Andrew Luster is a piece of human refuse and Dog should have got the reward. That Judge was full of it for not including him in on the cut. People deep down know that Dog was right to get that creep. Sure, they look at it from their current perspective and say that he should have followed the rules better etc., but we're glad that Luster is behind bars. I know that there might be some perverts who think that Luster did nothing wrong, but they're hopeless anyways.
