Luster is where he belongs. Good riddance to the pervert. Keep up the good work, Dog, and maybe someday, we'll be able to put all the freaks out there who are just like him behind bars. Then...and only then...will our mothers, sisters and daughters be safe from low-life trash like Luster.

Dude, I knew he was a pervert WAY before I saw that movie last night. Looks to me like he got off easy with that 124 year sentence. Hopefully, that freak will never see the light of day. Guess his family's money won't help him get out of THIS one, huh? LOL !!!

Hey, ThrTruth, Sherry, et al: Here we go again. should we assign this FNG to YIKYUKYOKE for orientation/education? No, better yet, TINY-O should go back thru ALL the postings re: FAIR trial, evidence, perjury, case history, etc. brfore he posts any more, An opinion based on a made for TV movie should not be the only source of info on Luster or a CONVICT

Hey, tino: You're backing a law breaking CONVICT who has NOT changed his ways & still acts as if he is above the law. He has ID'd himself as The AntiChrist, not a four legged animal that doesn't deserve that kind of insult. Please read it all for yourself before falling for his evil ways...

...Luster was NOT afforded a FAIR trial where ALL the evidence was allowed in court. The hudge refused to inform the jury of admitted perjury. Several more problems. Know that I am NOT a Luster supporter, just an advocate for a fair and equitable legal system for ALL...

Thanks for the response in my absence, Stagetec. You've got it exactly right. As previously stated, my opinion of Luster was formulated a long time ago and if I remember correctly, this is still the United States of America and I'm entitled to free speech in a democratic society as guaranteed by a little thing called The First Amendment.

Hey, Tiny: You have the constitution & so SHOULD everyone else. Please review the facts & I'm sure you will agree that Luster was NOT given a FAIR trial. Ask Truth for any specifics & he will accomodate. AFTER a FAIR trial, one of us will be eating our words. IF it's me, I'll take it with arsenic & ketchup. How about you???

anon btw what part of this law do you not understand? (4) Where a person is at the time unconscious of the nature of the act, and this is known to the accused. As used in this paragraph, "unconscious of the nature of the act" means incapable of resisting because the victim meets one of the following conditions: (A) Was unconscious or asleep. (B) Was not aware, knowing, perceiving, or cognizant that the act occurred. (C) Was not aware, knowing, perceiving, or cognizant of the essential characteristics of the act due to the perpetrator's fraud in fact. (D) Was not aware, knowing, perceiving, or cognizant of the essential characteristics of the act due to the perpetrator's fraudulent representation that the sexual penetration served a professional purpose when it served no professional purpose

or 289e 17 counts (e) Any person who commits an act of sexual penetration when the victim is prevented from resisting by any intoxicating or anesthetic substance, or any controlled substance, and this condition was known, or reasonably should have been known by the accused, shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for a period of three, six, or eight years. All on tape.P.S. this one was all the sex toys the D.A. took from the house, think they were a match on the tapes. You bet ya,and the jury had to sit their and watch ,the two does unconsious, and luster just going at it. Bet ya they just loved that.Any wonder why they only took two hr to convict?
