Stagetec: I must agree w/your retyping of parts of the law. But, you must admit that admitted perjury took place during the trial; lots of evidence was unlawfully excluded; inapproiate, prejudicial testimony was allowed--ALL amounting to an unfair trial. All thaat is for the courts to decide. My concern for Tino is that he is backing a known CONVICT who continues to disregard the laws here & there...

Stagetec: It's ALL been posted here before, so go back & read it for yourself!!! If it were reposted, you all would just complain that we are repeating ourselves. It seems that nothing we do is right for you, but you are wrong. You know the facts. You just want to stir things up & I'm NOT biting. & if tino chooses to blindly follow the lead of a law breaking CONVICT, his problem w/out a positive future...

...and you really shouldn't call yourself names like lamo, etc. unless of course you want to, then I can do it, too. A few days ago, you were supporting a FAIR trial and now you are not. What gives? Have you changed your mind about CONVICTS, too? That wouldn't be a very good choice...

...You must have a reading or comprehention issue. Read his 1st post. I believe tino praises a certain CONVICT for his "good work". Are you on that butt crack still? It wasn't such good work, as everything was either illegal or lied about later to cover it up. & no pay due to the unlawful actions. Now a wanted fugitive. Not so good...

Well then, Stagetec, you can like what the CONVICT did. I do too! But only because it is going to land him BACK in prison where he has proven he belongs!!! I told you I am not going to bite at your crap stirring & I'm not! But when it comes to responding to post addressed to someone else, MYOFB...

Tino: If I misunderstood your message re: Duane, I apologize But if I didn't, be careful who you worship or respect. Duane has proven that he believes he is above the law. Read his history both here & elsewhere, then read about all the damage he may have done to a very critical & necessary public service profession. Not good. Not good...
