It matters what her name is if she is going around posting bail bonds and, if so, the Department of Insurance cares... that's who cares.
All in all, I think this Luster/Chapman matter has brought Dog further into the limelight he craves so much that he is under scrutiny for illegally chasing bail fugitives. I don't care if he gets a million dollars or if he goes to jail. I don't care if he returns to Mexico or not. I don't care if he has a warrant or not. I don't care who he captured. It doesn't matter to me. What matters is that he CEASES to conduct illegal bail enforcement activities. He was already caught posting illegal bail bonds a few years ago and his license was revoked. Then he goes into bail enforcement and continues his illegal activities so much so that he caused a negative focus on us all. If he had just kept his big mouth shut instead of his loud, contradictory and illiterate bragging and if he had stayed away from the cameras he would have been all set. His ego got the best of him this time. I don't think anyone will see Dog conducting his vigilante antics any more; I say 'vigilante' because it certainly wasn't bounty nhunting without a bounty and it wasn't bail enforcement without a surety bond being posted.

Agreed, Saint, but like Truth said, he's gone beyond that now. He has planted "evidence" and fabricated stories. These weren't just lies to cya on the Mexico thing. Anyone with a VCR can prove that. If you saw him yesterday on CCLive you would know this. Have you heard ANYone ANYWHERE say that Luster had 5 bodyguards with him on the run? ;D It's preposterous. His credibilty is TOAST and if he's ever sued by the Luster's or anyone else, he doesn't have a snowball's chance in h-ll. He will be impeached and proven a liar with his own words in any court of law from now on. If it weren't for the media covering for him and winking at these things he would have been exposed for the clown he is a long time ago.

I noticed the name change too, but just thought it was one of those I missed somewhere along the line. You make a very convincing case Saint. I am thinking Dog is facing some serious issues in his future. I am going to withhold my judgment of him until it all comes out tho.
"What we have here is a very interesting situation..."
Duane, Beth, I hope all works out ok for you. I'm pulling for ya.

Hey, Stupid: Just trying to get caught up here. Sorry this posting is 2 days past the exchange, but thoughts are still relevant (I hope). I agree with what Saint, et.al. have offered. I also do NOT have an ax to grind or a hatred to share with Duane. I do not agree with his tactics, methods, ideals, philosophies, etc. In the long run they will prove to be detrimental to the Bail Enforcement, Fugitive Recovery, Bounty Hunting (pick your poison) profession. Right now, we represent an industry that is extremely flexible as long as we do not act above the law or violate the law while operating. We can then apprehend a plethora of law breaking absconders thereby assuring our streets, neighborhoods, and communities are safer places. This privelege was extended us by a US Supreme Court ruling in 1873. This can only be changed if it is revisited in the Court or addressed via legislative process. Continued bad press resulting from misbehavior, lawlessness, or blatant disregard of acceptable practices COULD force this action. As a result, we would no longer be allowed to provide these important services to the law abiding citizens of our society. We would have to rely on law enforcement to fill the void created by this loss. Wouldn't work--no time, no money...

Anon you make an excellent point. Thank you for presenting it in a way that's non-threatening and without attacking the Dog personally. I totally agree with you and Saint about this having a negative impact on your business. At first I thought it was just a PR kind of thing, giving your business a bad name. Didn't realize it could mean the death of your industry. I think you guys provide a great service to our country getting the bad guys off the street at NO cost to the taxpayers. Good job fellas.
