Stagetec,
In a court of morality (and this EXCLUDES loveDog) I would sure like to see him get another trial with him present so we could all watch. He ran, and they are denying his appeal, but that does not sound like justice to me.

again, its the law we all must answer to...you run you lose your right to an appeal.... Does he warrent a new trial? It would be interesting, but not fair if he gets an appeal and other dont (because they did the same thing).
What a can of worms that would open for the justice system over there. It would open presidence for new trials for everyone whom runs...

I agree, I'm not so sure he should get a new trial. I would be much more sympathetic if he hadn't run. But hey, that's just me.

Worst thing he could have done was run...then again, hes not know for his choices. Yup, rapist Drew will go down in history for this one. Rich man, poor choices...sounds like a novel.

Stupid,

I for one would like to see a new trial, this one on court tv. Didn't pay much attention to the other one but ome things just don't 'seem' to add up. Not sure what loveDog is so afraid about.

New trial would be interesting to see, thats for sure, but sadly, probably wont happen. If they allow him to, that means it opens up a huge ripple effect for other criminals...I dont know....dont think a new trial will happen.
Afraid? um, ok....of what, I have no idea, but ok none the less. LOL!
Truth is just mad, his son did the crime and now he has to do the time. Sorry, but no parent wants to see his or her own child in cuffs and shackles.
They raised it, now they get a front row seat to their A-1 product.
