They found NOTHING in Mexico that wasn't thrown down by your hero. Just keep bringing it up. If that in any way jeopardizes Drew's right to a fair trial, or pollutes the jury pool, the $ damages are going to be astronomical and they will all come out of the pocket of the one responsible. We all know who is the perpetrator of those lies, including the one about the 5 bodyguards. If he is granted a new trial Chapman is going to the poorhouse. That stuff is not even being investigated by the D.A., and they never even expressed an interest in it because they knew the source. Wonder what happened to that mysterious notebook and all 13 pages?

lusters last stand. good one. Does luster get an appeal after all? I thought I read that he lost the right to appeal since he ran? Can a judge decide to grant him one?

I read your appeals are revoked when you run, let alone to another country. Maybe they can call it "If Drew Only Knew"... oh yeah, ignorance is not an excuse in the eyes of the law. Guess we'll see... All together now....AWWWWWWWWW

thanks, so what exactly happens at an appeal. does a judge decide IF the case gets to be heard again, or does it mean the case WILL be heard again?
