I know and agree, but what if??? the slime ball really was innocent? I see Truth getting slammed all the time...name calling back and forth, you should take pride, this is the FIRST thread that actually got anywhere IMHO.
Did you see any tapes? Are you near the trial?

ST, have you ever had surgery or dental work that required you be unconcious? You couldn't jump off the operating table to change your mind in the middle of the surgery, but unless the Dr. did something you hadn't consented to, he broke no law or violated your consent. You didn't wake up with your leg amputated when you went in for appendectomy, did you? The point is you agreed before you were unconcious. So did they. Check the record. Tonjia admitted to taking ghb with him that very night immediately preceding the sex knowing fully well what it was and what would happen. She took ghb with Luster throughout the 5 months that she lived with him, and like Truth said, she was also proven to have allowed the taping. Where's the beef here? I'm a woman and I can't see why a girlfriend would come back 3 yrs later and make a big thing about something that happened the first night of the relationship when she had sex with him for 5 months after that. Their breakup was really ugly, I mean REALLY ugly, and it had nothing to do with any of these things. I think she was the woman scorned and she wanted revenge. 80 million, which she thought he was worth, was a hell of a motive to lie. Money was a big issue in the breakup itself. If you don't believe that, go check the civil filings and you will see what I mean. He won the small claims case against her, btw.

ooooo...some very twisted ideas of what women do or are like....
Well, lets recap. Its pure and simple; if you've had sex with someone (consentual) and you have one too many drinky drinky (or not), it does not give any man to plung his mr winky into anyones anus, mouth, ear, etc. while passed out.
I got a call back from an ex lover and he said "ewwww.... what sort of person would do that" when I told him since we had sex, if I ever passed out....
LOL! Well, he thought it was a pretty sick man who would do such a thing and also considered it rape, no matter whom the sexual act was performed on; MALE or FEMALE.

Also, I think Mr. Luster would see it differently if some man did that to his mommy....
Mrs Luster would also see things from a different perspective as well.

-----, it's not just Andrew Luster, whatever you may think of him based on truth or not. The point is if our system is not functioning any better than this, we're all in trouble. There were protections built in for a reason. This man deserved a fair hearing. I cannot support anything so dependent and consisting of so many falsities. This makes a mockery of justice. There is no justice without the pursuit of the truth. If he were the monster they say, don't you think they would have more real evidence? And if he were guilty, why the need to lie? The prosecutor lied. The "victims" lied. The media lied. Dog Chapman lied. This is all PROVEN. Why? Whyyy, if he was so prolific and such a wild-eyed maniac and so compulsive with his perversion and so out of control? Wouldn't you think there would be more evidence of it? Look at the Globe article. Does any of that look "sinister" or "twisted" without the power of suggestion created by the prosecution? I've looked deep, far, and wide and I still haven't found the substance here. It's all packaging.

I'm thinking they are saying he was convicted because they were unconcious. And I think they are trying to draw a parralell (sp) with the dentists/doc thing.
How many times have you heard get a woman drunk and have your way with her when she doesn't have her faculties. Is this only a case because it was GHB?
Yes, let me tell ya, if you could send a guy to jail for looking like a slime ball, Luster is where he should be
Some women like S&M, if a video was made of them being tied up, should we lock the guy up for bondage and kidnapping. Yes, I know, far fetched, but you have to admit, some things don't quit smell right here. 124 years? For 3 rapes? Do you have any case history for rape in Ca.?

LOL!!! seems you dont like your mother very much dear...for NO one would ever say that unless they had complete disrespect for female, males and all orifices while passed out.
No they didnt concent to what he did. More women are stepping up to the plate who he did it to also.... seems to me, ALL of these women whom are willing to testify cant ALL be wrong.
That also doesnt include the ones whom are not willing to get involved.
Mans a dirty rapist...cant change the facts or distort them to suit your views.

that doesnt even matter, for each persons tolorence level is different for any chemical.
Luster is just trying to focus on a point to deflect his own dirty actions.
There are no excuses Mr Luster.

my point is, maybe she thought she was only taking enough to be an aphrodesiac, but then ended up unconscious.

ah, I see. Good point, but Lusters crew would only look to use that as an excuse also.
How sick is that? To justify such behavior? Wonder if they would feel the same way if it were a child or their own mother, daughter, sister?
Sad, sick, and an embarrassment to the human race.
