If there was evidence Luster the slime ball was innocent, should he be in jail?

Don't ask me. I didn't see what the jury saw, and they have decided the case.

Besides, Jessie wants all who feel like trouncing her to know that you shouldn't bother. The letter that I wrote to the pres. of the BEA in support of Duane was sent out with a rejoinder to all the BEA of Calif. why my thinking was so faulty, and she went on to use my letter urging everyone to pile on Dog. So, I ended up doing more harm than good. So, you can relax.

Not to be rude, I meant the Pres. of the Bondsmen/women association. But that email is history now.

The President of the bondsman/woman association? They have little if nothing to do with bail enforcement agents. Most BEA's are independent contractors so anything sent to any Association in support of (or even not in support of) Chapman wouldn't do any good. At least that's the way I see it.

Well, she was consulted by a major news network which is where I got the email address. She's the head honcho so I wouldn't diminish her clout when it comes to how the business of bounty humters/bond agents operates. There was about 3 dozen eaddresses that her reply went out to. Basically she and doghunter did spell out exactly what the judge said. So why now don't they feel validated enough to stop the ranting? If the law is on your side, isn't that enough?

Jessie... I still have no clue what you're talking about. I'm not trying to diminish her clout (as you stated) but merely emphasize that bail enforcement agents are basically independent contractors and not under the "influence" of what bail agents (bondspeople) want. I don't know about Chapman appearing with anyone but if he appeared with the President of a bail agents association then that President needs some education about bail enforcement do's and don't's. Perhaps Chapman did a case for her that was concluded satisfactorily... in that instance she should not use her position in any other manner except that of a bail agent who appreciated what Chapman did. Before she speaks for her association she should take a poll of the membership for their opinion. For every person who praised Chapman there are probably 50 people who don't like his mode of operation nor do they appreciate his ongoing illegal mannerisms.

I don't think it's really worth devoting this much attention, I didn't mean for it to. Just an aside, I wasn't exaggerating it's importance, like this could make or break the case. There shouldn't be any confusion over a non-event. She just, as I said, agreed with Judge Brodie & Dogunter, so I knew when I read her reply that this was how the case was probably going to be decided.
