COUNTY COUNCIL HAS APROVED DELIVERY OF A MOTION . FRIENDS OF THE COURT. FINDING THAT I MAY BE ABLE TO TESTIFE WITH PROTICAL. WE ARE GETING THE MOTION TOGETHER WITH THE HELP OF SOME VERY INFLUNCTIAL ATTY'S WHO HAVE CASE LAW WRITEN BY THEM / BECAUSE OF THEM. I WAS INFORMED THE MEDIA IS WAITING FOR THIS AS WELL. WE HAVE A GREAT DAY AHEAD OF US. ;D DOG YOUR EXPOSED. WE HAVE A LOT OF COOL THINGS IN OUR BAG JUST FOR YOU.  |

Have you talked to any media planning to broadcast the hearing? I want to see it. I seriously doubt that coward will show now that he's exposed. ;D

Hey, DOGHUNTER: Would any of those party favors in our bag include greetings from our friends to the south? To your knowledge, has there been any action from the Mexican Officials?? Should we be prepping for an adios party??? If there were any way to maintain contact with any decisions or progress from Mexico, it would sure be nice to be able to check on it. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help!!!
Do you have a ph# for Judge Brodie's Clerk besides the FAX line? What about a mailing address?? Any advise on direct communication (don't want to sabatoge!!!) with the Clerk???

;D JUDGE BRODIE. I HAVE SPOKE WITH THE CLERK. PER HER THE BEST WAY TO CUMMINCATE IS VIA THE FAX. AND PLEASE KEEP IT SIMPLE AND TO THE POINT. A SHORT DRAFT WILL BE REVEIWED. THE JUDGE IS A BUSY GUY.
